Glenn Gregory
Director & Business Systems Analyst
A financial and data analytics specialist, Glenn leads business systems optimisation and leverages data for impactful insights.
Glenn was born in Alice Springs and grew up living and working throughout the Northern Territory as a Teacher, Centrelink Officer, and Remote Partnership Officer in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet before joining Employment Services provider My Pathway.
Combining a wealth of community engagement with creative technological solution designs, our compact, agile and multi-skilled team is ready to help you create solutions for your business needs.
Nicole Oke
Director
Nicole built a career in hospitality and event management, becoming a champion of customer-focused cultures.
Her specialist skills in people development and project management proved valuable when she came to work alongside her father, who founded an employment services business more than 25 years ago. She is motivated by supporting communities to share their local voice and create better futures.

Siddeq is an expert in unlocking the potential of cloud-based systems. This has included the design of specific applications to simplify the inputs required from staff in remote communities, maximising
access and efficiencies.

Business Systems Developer
Skilled developer specialising in Microsoft 365 Power Platform® solutions and data-driven reporting.
Ram works directly with frontline staff in remote to further improve their experience with the applications our team have built. He is also instrumental in
ensuring user feedback informs the continuous improvement cycle our solutions undergo.

Director
Gary is an experienced executive backed by 20 years in employment services, recruitment and human resources.
He is an enthusiastic advocate for regional and remote development, particularly job creation. He was instrumental in collaborating with governments to reshape the delivery of employment services in remote communities.
Darren Spencer
Director
Darren is a skilled Chief Finance Officer, responsible for financial management and reporting for all the My Pathway group's businesses.
During his tenure, he has implemented several new systems to automate and simplify accounting procedures, travel bookings and data management.
